Shipping & Returns
Our operating hours are MONDAY thru FRIDAY 7:30am - 3:30pm during which we process and ship packages. We DO NOT process shipping orders on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
Most in-stock Boomba Racing brand products will ship out within 1-2 business days via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS)
All packages valued more than $250 will require signature delivery confirmation.
A shipping confirmation email, with a tracking number included, will be sent after your order has been processed.
Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the validity of the order).
Boomba Racing does not guarantee expedited shipping delivery dates as specified by shipping company.
Item-specific insurance on packages is not included unless otherwise specified or requested.
We ship international packages on a daily basis to countries all over the world via USPS. Please check with the USPS website for updated COVID info.
All applicable fees, duties and taxes are not assessed by Boomba Racing, Inc. and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Product prices do not include your countries custom duties nor taxes.
Products are shipped to your local Postal Service or residential address.
You must pay duty and taxes at the time you pick up your order from your Postal Service.

All returns require obtaining an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) Number. To obtain the RMA send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or click on the link at the top of the page labeled "RMA REQUEST". All returns shipped to Boomba Racing, Inc. must have RMA clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box in order to be properly received and processed.
All return requests must be received by Boomba Racing, Inc. within 30 days of the date of original shipment.
There is 25% restocking fee on all returns. Some exceptions may apply.
Original shipping cost is non refundable.
Only items which are undamaged and unused, received in undamaged, original packaging will be refunded immediately.
Installed or used items are subject to return approval and may not be accepted if damaged or previously installed.
Special order items will not be accepted for exchange or return unless previously authorized by a Boomba Racing, inc. representative.
Damaged or used products prior require additional evaluation by technical support prior to issuing the credit.
All returned parts must be shipped prepaid; we do not accept any collect shipments.
Items not meeting above criteria will not be qualified for credit and will be refused or returned to the sender.
Absolutely no returns or exchanges on GAUGES - ELECTRONICS purchases.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Please contact manufacturers directly for GAUGES - ELECTRONICS warranty returns.

Vehicles with performance parts installed may not meet criteria for use on public roads and may not meet local or state emission standards. Tuning and or installation of performance parts may influence your vehicle reliability and drivability. Use of performance parts may void your insurance policy and vehicle factory warranty. There is no warranty stated or implied due to stress placed on your vehicle by performance parts and our inability to monitor its use, tuning or modification.
