For USDM EcoBoost motors only.
Will not function properly with European-spec/MAF-tuned EcoBoost motors. Those require our ADJUSTABLE BOV ADAPTER instead.

This high-performance adapter mounts between the OEM bypass valve/solenoid and the stock turbo, allowing unused charge air to vent to atmosphere (VTA) and producing the well-known, distinct sound that turbo owners love! The adapter bolts right in with the included longer bolts; no other modifications or tuning are required. It is precision CNC machined from high-quality aircraft-grade billet aluminum and is available in four different colors.

Installation:

Hello all I order the boomba bov adapter for my 2015 fist. Fast shipping took about 5 days to get to my house. Took all of 15 mins to install as i had the bov alreay off and ready to go. Sound is not overwhelming. Look forward to ordering more parts from this company

Not real hard to install...with the right tools.

First of all, let me mention I dreaded this install from what little I've worked on the car up to this point. I know space is tight. However, I was able to install quite easily, even with my large hands. I didn't remove the front wheel, and instead drove my car up on ramps, and had an assortment of hex bits and hex bit extensions plus ratcheting hex bit drivers which made the install not intolerable, and probably better than I expected from underneath. I do recommend adding some blue loc-tite to the thread of the cap screws, though, as done from the factory. Sound is not overly obnoxious, unless you want it to be... under normal driving conditions, it has just the right amount of "psshhhhhhhht."

It's only a tough install if you don't have the right tools. I had to go out and get a smaller ratchet and a universal joint to get it. It doesn't help that unless you have a lift, you are working only by feel since you can't see anything. Maybe I just have big hands though lol.

Longest part of the install was jacking up car and throwing it on stands. Great sound with my mbrp exhaust and injen intake. Adds that iconic sound that we love about boosted cars. Do yourself a favor and get an extended round hex/Allen on a wobble for your ratchet, otherwise good luck if you've got big hands like me!

Part was easy to install Not much of a car guy mechanic wise, but very easy to do Has a loud sound and couldn't be any happier

I purchased this for my 16 Fiesta ST. Pretty easy to install and the only part that was difficult is the tight space. If you have just an allen key it would be very difficult. I have a 1/4" socket set with allens. That made life very easy. product is great and I love it cheaper alternative for the BOV sound

This thing is brilliant, it gave me exactly the aggressive noise i was looking for, to really accentuate and brandish that little turbo. Makes people second take the car every time i fly by, and the finish (red anodize) is impeccable.
